  the last few times ive ordered from here the delivery driver has refused to come into my block of flats so i have to leave my 2 year old alone while i go down 3 floors and then have to wait for him to walk over from his car as he couldnt even wait by the door,3 times this has happened to me,its not a lot to ask for a delivery driver to operate a lift of move more than 20ft from his car or is it for american hut !!!! seems to be

  Useless restaurant, accepted order then did not deliver at all. claimed that area was ''out of range'' even after they accepted the order. absolutely do not use.

  Ordered the meal at 7pm, called the restaurant at 8:15 to ask where the food was, the manager stated that ''The driver left over half an hour ago and should have been there'' and that he would ''Call the driver and get back in touch with us'', the manager did as promised and let us know that the driver would be there soon (the driver had delivered to my neighbour across the road, so there was no 'Sorry I got lost excuse!'). The food finally arrived after 90 minutes, cold (which it was insisted that we had to pay for). We called the restaurant and spoke to someone who introduced themselves as the manager, when we started to complain, he admitted that he wasn't the manager and would get him for us. The manager came to the phone and after we complained, he apologised, explained that the driver was new and offered to send out the order again - good service we thought - when we asked whether there would be any form of compensation for having to wait 2 hours, espescially as we have ordered from them dozens of times and the manager replied ''Well I'm letting you keep the first meal for free'' (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) He finally agreed to a 1.5 ltr bottle of Pepsi, which is better than a kick in the teeth, but altogether was really disappointed with the service. Food, when it finally arrived, was excellent as always.
