  we made our order and the details were not showing on their end so they just cast aside the order all together. An hour later we are asking where our meal is!!
  They should have contacted meal2go as soon as they saw no details on the order and the help desk would have sorted everything out!
  In the end we re ordered and our meal was delivered however we were not compensated in any way for the order problem.
  Upon eating the food delivered we found it to be of very poor quality and we wished we had not wasted our money and our time!!
