  Despite the problem with my voucher not appearing on the receipt, the discount has been made somehow and the order was accepted fine by the shop staff according to Meal2Go.
  
  Once again, excellent!! Best Lebanese food. Even better than Middle Eastern / Lebanese Restaurants on Edgware (Marble Arch) London.

  This shop staff: has very poor customer service. The shop staff accused me of lying that I was not answering my phone. He said that he called me 10 times and he also used God`s name in vain. That just made me tick off and I shouted at him. He then slam the phone down on me. I asked Meal2Go to contact the shop and the shop came back saying I was rude to him.
  
  The food: I can never fault the food. As always the food is just excellent. You can never go wrong with them.
  
  The driver: he was very polite. He did not know how to exit the gate of the apartment so he called and even said `sorry to bother you but I am having a hard time....`
  
  It is only the attitude of the staff at the restaurant that should improve. I also want to add that after having the argument with the shop staff my food was delivered promptly and it was delivered 20 minutes earlier!!

  The driver just sits down waiting in his car. He never rsng the buzzer. He miscalled me on a block number. After five to seven minutes he called me and said `I`ve been waiting downstairs for you to come down`. How was I supposed to know? Also, he never thanked me. The quality of the food I cannot fault. It is simply superb! My drink - I wanted a diet coke but was given pepsi. Apart from minor issues, it was a good meal experience.

  Authentic Lebanese / middle - eastern food unlike the kebabs that you get from most takeaways in the UK. The quality of food that you get equates to the price you pay. They won`t let you down!

  it was ok but the lamb i ordered wasnt fantastic i was expecting to be bigger and more moist intstead it was like chicken kebab meat from the chip shop but in lamb.
