• Masala dishes
  The nations number one dish. Cooked in a special rich tandoori sauce, prepared in a blend of aromatic spices with coconut, almonds & fresh cream.
• Tandoori specialities
  Marinated in yoghurt & a special selection of herbs & spices then cooked in an open top clay oven (tandoor) fired by charcoal. This creates a unique flavour. Fairly dry, served with salad.
• Jalfrezi dishes
  These dishes are marinated & cooked in the tandoor (clay oven) & then cooked with finely sliced onions, green peppers & fresh green chillies in a spicy sauce.
• Karai specialities
  Prepared in a rich, thick sauce with tomatoes, capsicum & medium sized onions, tossed together with garlic & ginger in an iron wok which brings out the maximum flavour.
• Balti dishes
  The following are prepared with a whole variety of spices including ginger, garlic & fresh coriander, cooked in finely chopped onions & peppers in a special balti sauce. Can be served mild, medium or hot.
• Biryani specialities
  Stir fried with basmati rice & your chosen meat or vegetable with a blend of medium spices & served with a separete vegetable curry.

  Came real fast, but the driver forgot my drink, had to callhimback and that took 5 mins, but realnice food. to much to behonestwillbe two meals now instead of one lol

  Excellent service from Quality to delivery! Absolutely brilliant, whole family enjoyed the meal. We already do occasionally but from now on Aghra is always number 1 for us!!
