  lovely food. disapointed with delivery, as i had to leave my two children 5 and 2 in our home while i went 8floors down to collect it as refused to come in building. I think they should inform you that if you live in a flat you will have to leave your home to collect your food.

  Waited for the order, the driver called me to come outside to collect it and when I did he was nowehere around, I get another call a few minutes saying he`s at the wong address. About 15 minutes later the order arrives, chips were cold, burgers were overcooked, barely warm and all the salad and sauce had come out of them into the containers. Apple pie was barely warm too.Nothing offered as an apolgy for the delay and you`d think that a new order would have been sent after the driver went to an address that was 15 minutes away by bike.
