  Got the order 100% right this time (first time in 3 orders!) Totally on time, quality pretty good. However, the portions seem to have shrunk...in fact one was probably half the size of the container! Same money for half the food...

  Incorrect item sent. Chow meins tasted a little undercooked. Was sent vegetable spring rolls instead of king prawn spring rolls (which cost a lot more). Shop was closed when I tried to call and complain. Will not order so close to closing next time (half an hour, though this has never been a problem before)

  food took almost an hour to be delivered. portions were tiny. food was *literally* swimming in oil. literally. chips were covered in little bits of black which implies their fryer is never cleaned. avoid at ALL costs.

  Delivey was about an hour which was fine as we were expecting that. Spring rolls disappointing, not as good as Thai Square. Chicken with ginger and black bean sauce had good flavour but the chicken looked and tasted artifical so I didn´t eat the chicken and just had the onion and sauce with the rice!! They could hit 100% if they worked on the way the meats were cooked!

  These people took 1hr 25mins to deliver the food and missed out one soup. When I called them to get the other soup they said would take another 30-45mins. After another hour I called and they forgot to send the soup. The sesame prawn toast was very small - one slie of bread for £3! Avoid these clowns at all cost!!!

  Took 2 hours to get the food. Denied having received the order when chasing up 90 minutes later, although meal2go advised it was sent to the take away as soon as we submitted it. Only stuck with it as the food is good!! Very unhappy on thisoccasion. 30/10/2009.
