  These dishes are prepared in a tandoori (a barrel shaped clay oven using charcoal). The slow burning ember cook the food similarly to a barbecue, coating it in a very distinctive traditional flavour of the selected aromatic spices & herbs. All tandoori dishes are served with salad, mint sauce & lemon.
