  Customised my pizza with an extra topping and paid extra. The topping was not added so I`ve been overcharged. A shame because the pizzas were lovely and fresh and really hot.

  Enjoyed the meal very much, very good deal and delivered very quickly. the cheese in the stuff crust was very strong and after a few bites became sickly, majority of the crust was binned. Will order again though, still a very good experiance

  Our order was accepted at 15:46 but did not arrive untill 17:00, (1hr and 14 Mins). We are used to recieving orders quicker than this. Normally by phone and taking 30 - 40 minutes. Oherwise, The Tops Club pizza is YUMMY!!! but should not be eaten befor the cherrybelle.

  Arrived 30 mins later and not that great - on the plus side the gentleman that answered the phone was very as apologetic (as was the deivery guy) for the ldelayed delivery but nor sure I would use again.

  Pizza was over an hour to arrive and cold so have hardly eaten it and given it to dog to eat. If delivered by Hounslow Branch as usual it would of been cold, please take this of TW7 area and use Hounslow one for future
