  Marinated in yoghurt & a special selection of herbs & spices & then cooked in an open top clay oven (tandoor) fired by charcoal. This creates a unique flavour. Fairly dry, served with salad.

  The nations number one dish. Cooked in a special rich tandoori sauce, prepared in a blend of aromatic spices, tresh cream, coconut & almonds.
• Jalfrezi dishes
  These dishes are marinated & cooked in the tandoor (clay oven) & then cooked with finely sliced onions, green peppers & fresh green chillies in a spicy sauce.
• Traditional dishes
  A selection of age-old popular dishes commonly found in Indian cuisines, all prepared to unique style, retaining the authenticity of each dish.
• Karai specialities
  Preapred in a rich, thick sauce with tomatoes, capsicum, medium sized onions, tossed together with fresh garlic & ginger in an iron wok bringing out the maximum flavour.
• Balti dishes
  The following are prepared with a whole variety of spices including ginger, garlic, fresh coriander, cooked with finely chopped onions & peppers in a special balti sauce. Can be served mild, medium or hot.
• Biryani specialities
  Stir fired with basmati rice & your chosen meat or vegetable with a blend of medium spices. Garnished with mixed salad & served with separate vegetable curry.
• Continental dishes
  All the following are served with peas, chips & side salad.
